DOCKET NO. 90- 7) The Region 20 (Maryland, Northern Virginia and Washington, DC) Public Safety Plan Review Committee announces the fourth filing window for submittal of radio channel allotment requests and license applications for radio frequencies in the 821- 824/ 866- 869 MHz Band. 1 Region 20 is responsible for planning public safety radio frequency spectrum usage within Maryland, Northern Virginia and Washington, DC in accordance with the Public Safety National Plan. 2 The fourth filing window for Region 20 applications opens on April 1, 2002 and will run through (5: 00 p. m.) May 31, 2002. Applications should be filed in accordance with the procedures set forth in the Region 20 Plan. Additionally, applications must include the specific channel requests, a 40 dBu, 25 dBu and a 5 dBu contour map for each site and frequency.
