 By  the  Chief,  Allocations  Branch: 
 1.  The  Allocations  Branch  has  before  it  an  Application  for  Review  filed  by  Community  Wireless  of  Park  City,  Inc.  (Community  Wireless”)  directed  to  the  staff  action  returning  a  Petition  for  Rule  Making 
 filed  by  Community  Wireless  proposing  channel  substitutions  at  existing  stations  in  Salt  Lake  City,  Coalville  and  Park  City,  Utah. 


 2.  On  November  11,  2001,  Community  Wireless  filed  a  letter  stating  that  subsequent  to  the  filing  of  its  Petition  for  Rule  Making,  we  granted  applications  upgrading  the  facilities  of  two  of  the  stations 
 involved  in  its  rulemaking  proposal.  As  such,  it  is  no  longer  necessary  to  go  forward  with  the  channel  substitutions  set  forth  in  its  Petition  for  Rule  Making.  For  this  reason,  Community  Wireless  requests  that 
 its  Application  for  Review  be  dismissed. 
 2.  Accordingly,  IT  IS  ORDERED,  That  the  aforementioned  Application  for  Review  filed  by  Community  Wireless  of  Park  City,  Inc.  IS  HEREBY  DISMISSED.
