 1.  Before  the  Accounting  Policy  Division  is  a  Request  for  Review  filed  by  Wathena  Unified  School  District  (Wathena),  Wathena,  Kansas,  on  behalf  of  itself  and  Elwood  Unified 
 School  District,  Wathena,  Kansas,  seeking  review  of  a  decision  issued  by  the  Schools  and  Libraries  Division  (SLD)  of  the  Universal  Service  Administrative  Company  (Administrator).  1 
 Wathena  seeks  review  of  SLD’s  denial  of  its  FCC  Form  471  application  for  failing  to  meet  the  filing  requirements  for  the  2001-  2002  Schools  and  Libraries  filing  window.  2  However,  since  the 
 Request  for  Review  was  filed,  SLD  has  issued  Administrator's  Decisions  on  Appeal,  informing  Wathena  that  its  appeal  has  brought  forward  persuasive  information  and  that  its  request  will  be 
 reviewed  and  considered  for  funding.  3  Wathena’s  Request  for  Review  is  therefore  dismissed  as  moot.
