The Wireless Telecommunications Bureau (WTB) announces that customers of the Universal Licensing System (ULS) will now be able to electronically file attachments 1 and amendments 2 for certain simple purpose applications. Attachments and amendments can now be filed with the following: € AU - Administrative Update € CA - Request to Cancel License € DU - Request for a Duplicate Authorization € RO - Renew Only For a complete description of each application purpose, see Appendix A. Please Note: Most simple purpose applications are auto- processed and do not require attachments. Attachments are required with renewal applications in the 39 GHz service, LMDS, MAS, and under Part 101.705 of FCC rules with Common Carrier licensees using frequency diversity. Attachments are also required with renewal applications for Flight Test HF/ VHF/ Telemetry operations, Coast stations requesting U. S. Coast Guard or Government frequencies, and, in rare instances, certain other Coast and Ground services. We recommend that licensees consult the Commission's rules for specific information regarding license renewals.
