This order grants the Federal Communications Bar Association’s (FCBA) Request for an Extension of Time to File Comments, filed April 4, 2002. The FCBA requests an extension of two weeks, from April 8, 2002 to April 22, 2002, to file comments in response to the NPRM in this proceeding. FCBA indicates that comments have been drafted but that a time consuming process of review will be necessary before the FCBA’s Executive Committee will be able to approve the comments. The FCBA also notes that the National Association of Broadcasters Convention is scheduled to start April 7, 2002. The FCBA asserts that a two- week extension will not unduly delay resolution of this proceeding. 2. ACCORDINGLY, IT IS ORDERED, Pursuant to the authority delegated under 47 C. F. R. § 0.251( b)( 1), that good cause having been shown, the Federal Communications Bar Association’s Request for an Extension of Time to File Comments, filed April 4, 2002, IS GRANTED and the deadline for filing comments IS EXTENDED until April 22, 2002 and the deadline for filing reply comments IS EXTENDED until May 7, 2002.
