 Corrections  to  Part  76.64  Rules  Pertaining  to  Retransmission  Consent 
 CS  Docket  No.  98-  120 
 On  January  18,  2001,  the  Commission  adopted  the  First  Report  and  Order,  CS  Docket  No.  98-  120  (FCC  01-  22  (2001)).  In  the  First  Report  and  Order,  the  Commission  adopted  a  final  rule  for  carriage  of 
 digital  television  broadcast  signals.  A  summary  of  the  First  Report  and  Order  was  published  in  the  Federal  Register  at  66  FR  16533  (March  26,  2001).  The  First  Report  and  Order  amended  Section  76.64 
 by  revising  certain  paragraphs.  A  number  of  non-  substantive  changes  to  correct  errors  in  the  publication  of  part  76.  64  paragraphs  (j),  (k),  and  (l)  of  the  Commission’s  rules  was  published  in  the  Federal  Register 
 at  67  FR  17015  (April  9,  2002).
