 1.  Before  the  Telecommunications  Access  Policy  Division  is  a  Request  for  Review  filed  by  Webermeier  Memorial  Library  (Webermeier),  Milford,  Nebraska,  seeking  review  of  a 
 decision  issued  by  the  Schools  and  Libraries  Division  (SLD)  of  the  Universal  Service  Administrative  Company  (Administrator).  1  Webermeier  seeks  review  of  SLD’s  denial  of 
 Webermeier’s  request  to  have  discounted  services  for  Funding  Year  4.  2  SLD  denied  Webermeier's  request  because  its  FCC  Form  471  application,  Block  6  Certifications,  and/  or  Item 
 21  attachments  were  postmarked  after  the  2001-  2002  filing  window  closed  on  January  18,  2001.  3  However,  since  the  Request  for  Review  was  filed,  SLD  has  granted  the  relief  that  Webermeier  is 
 seeking.  4  Webermeier's  Request  for  Review  is  therefore  dismissed  as  moot.
