 PAUL  BUNYAN  RURAL  TELEPHONE  COOPERATIVE  FILES  AN  APPLICATION  FOR  OPEN  VIDEO  SYSTEM  CERTIFICATION 


 Pursuant  to  47  C.  F.  R.  §76.1502,  Paul  Bunyan  Rural  Telephone  Cooperative  (“  Paul  Bunyan”),  filed  an  application  on  April  12,  2002  for  certification  to  operate  an  Open  Video  System  serving  various 
 communities  in  the  state  of  Minnesota.  Comments  are  due  to  be  filed  with  the  Office  of  the  Secretary  and  the  Office  of  the  Bureau  Chief,  Media  Bureau,  on  or  before  April  17,  2002.  Comments  must  be  filed  in
