P. (Valor Texas) and Valor Telecommunications of New Mexico, LLC (Valor New Mexico) (collectively Valor) filed a Petition for Waiver of the operation of the X- factor in the price cap indices formula set forth in section 61.45( b)( 1)( i) of the Commission’s rules. 1 Valor requests that the X- factor not be applied in the years that the company makes a low- end adjustment, pursuant to section 61.45( d)( 1)( vii). 2 Both Valor Texas and Valor New Mexico expect to make a low- end adjustment in 2002. 3 Interested parties may file comments no later than May 7, 2002.
