 1.  On  October  15,  1998,  Western  Wireless  Corporation  filed  the  above-  captioned  Petition  for  Clarification  or  Rulemaking  to  seek  clarification  or  rule  changes  to  address  the  time 
 lag  between  the  date  on  which  competitive  eligible  telecommunications  carriers  submit  information  on  the  lines  they  serve  and  the  date  on  which  support  begins  to  be  disbursed, 
 pursuant  to  Section  54.307(  b)  the  Commissions  rules.  1 
 2.  On  March  19,  2003,  Western  Wireless  Corporation  submitted  a  request  to  withdraw  the  above-  captioned  petition.  We  grant  the  request  to  withdraw  and  dismiss  the 


 petition.  2 
 3.  ACCORDINGLY,  IT  IS  ORDERED,  pursuant  to  the  authority  delegated  under  sections  0.91  and  0.291  of  the  Commission’s  rules,  47  C.  F.  R.  §§  0.91,  0.291,  that  the  request  to
