 Correction  to  Section  76.55  Rules  Pertaining  to  Definitions  Applicable  to  the  Must-  carry  Rules 
 I.  CS  DOCKET  NO.  95-  178 


 On  May  21,  1999,  the  Commission  adopted  the  Order  on  Reconsideration  and  Second  Report  and  Order,  CS  Docket  No.  95-  178  (FCC  99-  116  (1999)).  In  the  Order  on  Reconsideration  and  Second  Report  and  Order,  the 
 Commission  adopted  Section  76.55  as  a  final  rule  for  definitions  applicable  to  the  must-  carry  rules.  A  summary  of  the  Order  on  Reconsideration  and  Second  Report  and  Order  addressing  the  adoption  of  Section  76.55  as  a 
 final  rule  was  published  in  the  Federal  Register  at  64  FR  33796  (June  24,  1999).  A  non-  substantive  rule  change  to  update  Nielsen  Media  Research’s  address  in  the  publication  of  Section  76.55(  e)(  2)(  i)  of  the  Commission’s 
 rules  was  published  in  the  Federal  Register  at  68  FR  17312  (April  9,  2003).
