 Auction  Seminar  Postponed

 By  this  Public  Notice,  the  Wireless  Telecommunications  Bureau  (“  Bureau”)  postpones  the  pre-  auction  seminar  for  Auction  No.  53,  the  auction  of  licenses  in  the  Multichannel  Video  Distribution  and  Data 
 Service  (“  MVDDS”).  The  seminar  was  previously  scheduled  for  May  1,  2003.  1  The  Bureau  will  announce  a  new  date  for  the  seminar  in  a  future  public  notice.
