 By  the  Acting  Deputy  Chief,  Policy  Division,  Consumer  &  Governmental  Affairs  Bureau: 
 On  April  30,  2003,  an  order  was  issued  (DA  03-  1363)  that  addressed  several  complaints  alleging  slamming  by  Sprint  Communications  Company  (Sprint).  Due  to  an  administrative 
 error,  the  April  30,  2003  order  listed  IC  02-  S67589  twice.  The  second  number  should  have  read  IC  02-  S67859. 


 Accordingly,  the  April  30,  2003  order  is  amended  to  reflect  the  correct  informal  complaint  number  (IC  02-  S67859)  and  to  remove  reference  to  IC  02-  S67589  once. 
 FURTHER,  IT  IS  ORDERED  that  this  Order  is  effective  upon  release.
