F. R. § 52.16( a), the North American Numbering Plan Billing and Collection, Inc. (NBANC) submitted the contribution factor and fund size estimate for funding North American Numbering Plan Administration for the period July 2003 through June 2004. 1 The NBANC Board of Directors, by resolution at its April 25, 2003 meeting, authorized the contribution factor filed therein. The NBANC Board of Directors recommends a contribution factor of 0.000036 for the upcoming fund year. The contribution factor for the current fund year is 0.000043. NBANC recommends a fund size of $12.1 million for the period July 2003 through June 2004.
