On December 23, 2002, Time Warner Entertainment- Advance/ Newhouse d/ b/ a Time Warner Cable (TWC) filed with the Commission a consolidated appeal of local rate orders adopted by the above referenced North Carolina communities. The rate orders established regulated rates for the basic service tier, equipment and installation service. 2. In a Motion to Withdraw Appeal of Local Rate Orders filed on May 13, 2003, TWC requests that the consolidated appeal regarding all of the above referenced communities be withdrawn and dismissed. 3. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that the Motion to Withdraw Appeal of Local Rate Orders filed by Time Warner Entertainment- Advance/ Newhouse d/ b/ a Time Warner Cable IS GRANTED and the appeal filed on December 23, 2002 IS DISMSSED. 4.
