The Commission is in the process of a comprehensive reexamination of its rules (see MB Docket No. 02- 277) to ensure that they reflect the current media marketplace, are based on empirical evidence, and are analytically consistent. Date/ Time: Thursday, February 27, 2003 10: 00 AM – 4: 00 PM Location: Richmond, Virginia The hearing discussions will focus on the goals of diversity, competition and localism. The agenda and details regarding the site of the hearing will be provided in a subsequent public notice. Attendance at this field hearing is open to the public.
