 LAKEDALE  TELEPHONE  COMPANY  FILES  AN  APLICATION  FOR  OPEN  VIDEO  SYSTEM  CERTFICATION 


 Pursuant  to  47  C.  F.  R.  §76.1502,  Lakedale  Telephone  Company  (“  Lakedale”),  filed  an  application  on  May  28,  2003  for  certification  to  operate  an  Open  Video  System  serving  Maple  Lake,  Minnesota.  Comments  are  due 
 to  be  filed  with  the  Office  of  the  Secretary  and  the  Office  of  the  Bureau  Chief,  Media  Bureau,  on  or  before  June  2,  2003.  Comments  must  be  filed  in  accordance  with  the  requirements  set  forth  in  47  C.  F.  R.  §
