On December 23, 2002, Mediacom Minnesota LLC (“ Mediacom”) filed with the Commission an appeal of two local rate orders concurrently adopted by the Lake Minnetonka Cable Commission on November 22, 2002 for the above referenced Minnesota communities. The rate orders established regulated rates for the basic service tier, equipment and installation service. 2. In a Motion to Withdraw Appeal of Local Rate Orders filed on May 8, 2003, Mediacom requests that the appeal be withdrawn and dismissed. 3. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that the Motion to Withdraw Appeal of Local Rate Orders filed by Mediacom Minnesota LLC IS GRANTED and the appeal filed on December 23, 2002 IS DISMSSED. 4.
