S. C. § 160, requesting the Commission to “immediately forbear from its decision permitting UNE- P carriers to collect per- minute access charges from long distance carriers . . . and . . . [to] forbear from applying its current TELRIC pricing rules to the . . . UNE platform.” 1 Comments and oppositions may be filed no later than July 28, 2003. Reply comments may be filed no later than August 11, 2003. All such filings should refer to WC Docket No. 03- 157.
