On July 21, 2003, the complainants, Comcast Cablevision of Georgia/ South Carolina, Inc. and US Cable of Coastal- Texas, LP, filed a motion seeking leave to withdraw their Complaint in the captioned matter. 1 The Motion to Withdraw states that the parties “have reached a resolution of the matters pending in this litigation,” and requests that the Commission “terminate this proceeding.” The defendant, Savannah Electric & Power Company, has advised the Commission that it does not oppose the Motion to Withdraw. 2. We are satisfied that allowing withdrawal of the Complaint will serve the public interest by promoting the private resolution of disputes and by eliminating the need for further litigation and the expenditure of further time and resources of the parties and this Commission. 3. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED, pursuant to sections 1, 4( i), 4( j), and 224 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, 47 U. S.
