The Telecommunications Access Policy Division has under consideration a Request for Waiver filed by Andrews County Library, Andrews, Texas (Andrews County). 1 Andrews County seeks an extension of the deadline for Forms 472 filed in relation to requests for discounts made by Andrews Public Schools in Funding Year 2000 of the schools and libraries universal service mechanism. 2 Specifically, Andrews County requests that the deadline be extended for Funding Request Number (FRN) 331196. 3 Upon our review of the record, however, we find that SLD approved Andrews County’s request to extend the invoicing deadline for FRN 331196. 4 Accordingly, the Division dismisses Andrews County’s Request for Waiver as moot. 1 Letter from Elizabeth Stottlemyre, Andrews County Library, to Federal Communications Commission, filed September 9, 2002 (Request for Waiver).
