 By  the  Telecommunications  Access  Policy  Division,  Wireline  Competition  Bureau: 
 1.  The  Telecommunications  Access  Policy  Division  has  under  consideration  a  Request  for  Waiver  filed  by  DeLeon  Independent  School  District,  DeLeon,  Texas  (DeLeon).  1  DeLeon 
 seeks  an  extension  of  the  deadline  for  Forms  472  filed  in  relation  to  requests  for  discounts  made  by  DeLeon  Public  Schools  in  Funding  Year  2000  of  the  schools  and  libraries  universal  service 
 mechanism.  2  Specifically,  DeLeon  requests  that  the  deadline  be  extended  for  Funding  Request  Number  (FRN)  338009.  3  Upon  our  review  of  the  record,  however,  we  find  that  SLD  approved 
 DeLeon’s  request  to  extend  the  invoicing  deadline  for  FRN  338009.  4  Accordingly,  the  Division  dismisses  DeLeon’s  Request  for  Waiver  as  moot.
