The Telecommunications Access Policy Division has under consideration a Request for Waiver filed by Grant County Board of Education, Williamstown, Kentucky (Grant County). 1 Grant County seeks an extension of the deadline for Forms 472 filed in relation to requests for discounts made by Grant County Public Schools in Funding Year 2000 of the schools and libraries universal service mechanism. 2 Specifically, Grant County requests that the deadline be extended for Funding Request Numbers (FRN) 332461. 3 Upon our review of the record, however, we find that SLD approved Grant County’s request to extend the invoicing deadline for FRN 332461. 4 Accordingly, the Division dismisses Grant County’s Request for Waiver as moot. 1 Letter from Becky Epperson, Grant County Board of Education, to Federal Communications Commission, filed October 16, 2002 (Request for Waiver).
