The Telecommunications Access Policy Division has under consideration a Request for Waiver filed by Tunbridge Public Library, Tunbridge, Vermont (Tunbridge). 1 Tunbridge seeks an extension of the deadline for Forms 472 filed in relation to requests for discounts made by Tunbridge Public Schools in Funding Year 2000 of the schools and libraries universal service mechanism. 2 Specifically, Tunbridge requests that the deadline be extended for Funding Request Number (FRN) 337012. 3 Upon our review of the record, however, we find that SLD approved Tunbridge’s request to extend the invoicing deadline for FRN 337012. 4 Accordingly, the Division dismisses Tunbridge’s Request for Waiver as moot. 1 Letter from Jean Wolfe, Tunbridge Public Library, to Federal Communications Commission, filed October 31, 2002 (Request for Waiver).
