 By  the  Telecommunications  Access  Policy  Division,  Wireline  Competition  Bureau: 
 1.  The  Telecommunications  Access  Policy  Division  has  under  consideration  a  Request  for  Waiver  filed  by  Wareham  School  District,  Wareham,  Massachusetts  (Wareham).  1  Wareham 
 seeks  an  extension  of  the  deadline  for  Forms  472  filed  in  relation  to  requests  for  discounts  made  by  Wareham  Public  Schools  in  Funding  Year  2000  of  the  schools  and  libraries  universal  service 
 mechanism.  2  Specifically,  Wareham  requests  that  the  deadline  be  extended  for  Funding  Request  Numbers  (FRNs)  345831  and  345658.  3  Upon  our  review  of  the  record,  however,  we  find  that 
 SLD  approved  Wareham’s  request  to  extend  the  invoicing  deadline  for  FRNs  345831  and  345658.  4  Accordingly,  the  Division  dismisses  Wareham’s  Request  for  Waiver  as  moot.
