Choice One seeks to withdraw the Petition because the Indiana Commission has indicated that it will address Choice One’s Petition. 4 Given that Choice One intends to seek relief from the Indiana Commission, we grant Choice One’s motion to withdraw its Petition. 1 Choice One Communications Request for Assignment of One, One Thousands Block, CC Docket No. 99- 200 (filed February 25, 2003) (Petition). 2 Motion by U.
