M.- 12 P. M to present the new application search for public access. The forum will take place in Room 4- B- 516 on the 4th Floor of the Portals II building, 445 Twelfth Street, S. W. In order to ensure that adequate meeting space is provided for this event, WTB is requesting that interested parties pre-register by August 11, 2003. New Application Search WTB has undertaken a multi- phased approach to the integration of the Broadband Licensing System (BLS) into the Universal Licensing System (ULS). The first phase included the confirmation of the accuracy and completeness of all information contained in BLS. The second phase provided for a new online License Search of MDS/ ITFS data in a format similar to ULS. 1 These searches provided data from the transitional ULS database for MDS/ ITFS, the repository of all current License records for MDS/ ITFS services This phase provides for the query and retrieval of application data. The transitional ULS database has been augmented to include MDS/ ITFS applications with purposes of New, Amendment and Modification in a Pending status on or after August 1, 2003. Electronic filing for sites licensed in the Multipoint Distribution Service and the Instructional Television Fixed Service remains suspended until further notice. 2 All application filings for MDS and ITFS must be submitted to the Commission in paper format for these services. The Commission will post a Public Notice when electronic filing is available for these services.
