 The  Media  Bureau  announces  a  filing  window  for  new  digital  noncommercial  educational  reserved  channel  television  stations  on  Channel  36*  at  Springfield,  Illinois,  and  on  Channel 
 43*  at  Sacramento,  California.  The  filing  window  will  open  upon  the  release  of  this  Public  Notice  and  will  close  September  22,  2003.
