New MDS/ ITFS public access files will be made available to the public on August 19, 2003. These files will allow the public to download Multi- point Distribution Service/ Instructional Television Fixed Service (MDS/ ITFS) Application data from the Transitional ULS database for MDS/ ITFS data. New Public Access Application Data from the Transitional ULS database for MDS/ ITFS data shall be made available to the public in a downloadable format on August 19, 2003. MDS/ ITFS public access files for Application data have been restructured to a new format, similar to the data currently available for MDS/ ITFS License data. The Application data files will contain data on applications with purposes of New, Modification and Amendment. Applications filed for other purposes, such as Renewal, Certification of Construction, Request for Extension of Time to Construct, Special Temporary Authority, Assignment of Authorization or Transfer of Control are not currently available for retrieval in this database. Both a weekly and daily file shall be available. The weekly file shall contain complete application data for the MDS/ ITFS service, and will include all the applications that exist for MDS/ ITFS radio services. The daily file will include only the previous day’s transactions.
