 NEW  DOCKET  NUMBER  FOR  THE  QWEST  SECTION  272  JOINT  FEDERAL/  STATE  BIENNIAL  AUDITS 


 The  Enforcement  Bureau  announces  that  EB  Docket  No.  03-  198  is  the  new  docket  number  for  all  further  communications  and  proceedings  involving  the  current  and  future 
 Qwest  Communications  International,  Inc.  Section  272  Joint  Federal/  State  Biennial  Audits  (“  Qwest  Section  272  Biennial  Audits”). 


 As  of  the  date  of  this  Public  Notice,  parties  bringing  matters  before  the  Commission  that  pertain  to  these  audits  must  file  under  the  new  docket  number.  The  public  may  continue 
 to  access  previously  filed  matters  relating  to  the  Qwest  Section  272  Biennial  Audits  under  CC  Docket  No.  96-  150  in:  (1)  ECFS,  the  Commission’s  electronic  filing  system; 
 or  (2)  EDOCs,  the  electronic  database  containing  prior  orders,  public  notices  inviting  comments  and  replies,  or  other  matters  posted  by  the  Commission. 


 This  Public  Notice  does  not  affect  the  non-  audit  related  accounting  safeguards  issues  under  the  delegated  authority  of  the  Wireline  Competition  Bureau  (WCB).  This  action  is 
 taken  pursuant  to  47  C.  F.  R.  §§  0.111(  a)(  15),  53.209(  d),  53.211(  e)(  3),  and  53.213(  c)-(  d).
