(“ AT& T”) filed a petition for limited reconsideration 1 to the Second Improved TRS Order & NPRM. 2 AT& T requests that the Commission grant waivers to certain requirements adopted by the Commission in the Second Improved TRS Order & NPRM concerning emergency call handling and three- way calling. On September 29, 2003, Verizon 3 filed a petition for reconsideration 4 to the Second Improved TRS Order & NPRM. Verizon also requests that the Commission reconsider the requirements regarding the handling of emergency calls at telecommunications relay centers. Interested parties may file comments in this proceeding on or before October 20, 2003 and reply comments may be filed on or before October 30, 2003.
