 APPROVED  BY  THE  OFFICE  OF  MANAGEMENT  AND  BUDGET

 The  Office  of  Management  and  Budget  (OMB)  has  approved  for  three  years  the  annual  reporting  requirement  for  IP  Relay  providers  to  submit  a  report  to  the  FCC  detailing  the  technical 
 developments  that  have  occurred  to  enable  IP  Relay  providers  to  meet  the  TRS  mandatory  minimum  standards  waived  in  the  Order  on  Reconsideration,  Provisions  of  Improved 
 Telecommunications  Relay  Services  and  Speech-  to-  Speech  Services  for  Individuals  with  Hearing  and  Speech  Disabilities,  released  March  14,  2003.  A  summary  of  the  Order  on  Reconsideration 
 was  published  in  the  Federal  Register  at  68  FR  18825  (April  16,  2003).  The  information  collections  contained  in  the  annual  reporting  requirement  were  approved  by  OMB  on  September 
 26,  2003.  OMB  No.  3060-  1043.  As  stated  in  the  Order  on  Reconsideration,  the  Commission  will  publish  a  document  in  the  Federal  Register  announcing  the  effective  date.
