S. international carriers and submarine cable landing licensees listed below filed with the Commission a notification of the affiliation they have or propose to have with foreign carriers. These notifications are filed pursuant to Sections 63.11 and 1.768 of the Commission's rules, 47 C. F. R. Sections 63.11 and 1.768. The Commission amended Section 63.11 in IB Docket No. 97- 142, Rules and Policies on Foreign Participation in the U. S. Telecommunications Market, 15 FCC Rcd. 18158 (2000). The Commission recently adopted Section 1.768 in IB Docket No. 00- 106, Review of Commission Consideration of Applications under the Cable Landing License Act, 16 FCC Rcd. 22167 (2001).
