The e- mail also stated that PocketScience Inc. has been formally dissolved and no longer has any interest in pursuing the aforementioned Petition. Pursuant to section 1.748 of the Commission’s rules 2 , PocketMail Inc. ’s statement that it no longer wishes to pursue the PocketScience Inc. Petition will be treated as a request to withdraw the Petition by its predecessor, PocketScience Inc. Based on its request to withdraw, PocketScience’s Petition will be dismissed without prejudice effective 30 days after publication of this Public Notice in the Federal Register, unless the Wireline Competition Bureau receives an opposition to the withdrawal before that date.
