 FILING  LOCATIONS  FOR  SETTLEMENT  AGREEMENTS  FOR  WINDOW  IV  LOW  POWER  FM  APPLICATIONS 


 On  October  1,  2003,  the  Media  Bureau,  pursuant  to  Section  73.872(  e)  of  the  Commission’s  rules,  1  announced  a  settlement  period  for  certain  mutually  exclusive  Low  Power  FM  (“  LPFM”)  new 
 station  applicants.  2  Requests  for  approval  of  universal  settlements  that  are  filed  by  December  5,  2003,  and  that  satisfy  all  requirements  set  forth  in  the  October  1,  2003,  Notice  will  receive  expedited 
 processing. 
 We  are  issuing  this  Notice  to  clarify  the  addresses  that  settling  applicants  must  use  when  filing  their  settlement  requests.  As  announced  in  the  October  1,  2003,  Notice,  requests  for  approval  of 
 settlement  must  be  submitted  on  paper  and  filed  in  original  and  two  copies,  plus  one  additional  copy  for  each  applicant  that  is  a  party  to  the  settlement. 


 Settlement  agreements  may  be  filed  in  the  following  ways:  Settling  applicants  using  U.  S.  Postal  Service  first-  class  mail,  Express  Mail,  or  Priority  Mail  must  file  settlement  requests  with  Marlene  H. 
 Dortch,  Office  of  the  Secretary,  Federal  Communications  Commission,  445  Twelfth  Street,  S.  W.,  Room  TW-  A325,  Washington,  D.  C.  20554. 


 Settling  applicants  using  commercial  overnight  mail  (other  than  U.  S.  Postal  Service  Express  Mail  or  Priority  Mail)  must  file  settlement  requests  with  Marlene  H.  Dortch,  Office  of  the  Secretary,  Federal 
 Communications  Commission,  9300  East  Hampton  Drive,  Capitol  Heights,  MD  20743. 
 Settling  applicants  that  hand  deliver  or  messenger  deliver  settlement  requests  must  file  with  Marlene  H.  Dortch,  Office  of  the  Secretary,  Federal  Communications  Commission,  236  Massachusetts
