We are issuing this Notice to clarify the addresses that settling applicants must use when filing their settlement requests. As announced in the October 1, 2003, Notice, requests for approval of settlement must be submitted on paper and filed in original and two copies, plus one additional copy for each applicant that is a party to the settlement. Settlement agreements may be filed in the following ways: Settling applicants using U. S. Postal Service first- class mail, Express Mail, or Priority Mail must file settlement requests with Marlene H. Settling applicants using commercial overnight mail (other than U. S. Postal Service Express Mail or Priority Mail) must file settlement requests with Marlene H. Settling applicants that hand deliver or messenger deliver settlement requests must file with Marlene H.
