 NOTICE  OF  EX  PARTE  PRESENTATIONS  IN  THE  MATTER  OF  COMPLAINTS  AGAINST  VARIOUS  BROADCAST  LICENSEES  REGARDING  THEIR  AIRING  OF 
 THE  "GOLDEN  GLOBE  AWARDS"  PROGRAM  (EB  FILE  NO.  03-  IH-  0110) 
 Notice  is  hereby  given  that  ex  parte  presentations  falling  under  Commission  Rules  1.1208  and  1.1212,  47  C.  F.  R.  §§  1.1208,  1.1212,  and  concerning  the  above-  referenced  proceeding  (EB 
 File  No.  03-  IH-  0110)  have  been  received  by  the  Commission.  Consistent  with  section  1.1208  of  the  Commission's  Rules,  any  presentation  must  be  served  on  the  parties  to  the  proceeding  if  it: 
 (1)  addresses  the  merits  or  outcome  of  a  restricted  proceeding  and  (2)  is  directed  to  decision-making  personnel  at  the  Commission.  The  instant  presentations  addressed  the  merits  of  the 
 proceeding  in  EB  File  No.  03-  IH-  0110,  which  is  restricted  for  ex  parte  purposes,  and  the  presentations  do  not  appear  to  have  been  served  on  the  parties.  Accordingly,  these  presentations, 
 and  any  similar  presentations  also  received  during  the  pendency  of  this  proceeding,  shall  be  associated  with  the  record  in  EB  File  No.  03-  IH-  0110,  as  directed  in  Section  1.1212  of  the 
 Commission's  Rules.  In  the  event  that  duplicative  presentations  in  this  proceeding  become  particularly  voluminous,  it  may  become  necessary  to  maintain  a  representative  sample  of  them, 
 rather  than  making  each  presentation  received  available  for  public  inspection.
