 1.  On  April  24,  2003,  NPCR,  Inc.  d/  b/  a  Nextel  Partners  (Nextel)  filed  the  above-captioned  petition  for  designation  as  an  eligible  telecommunications  carrier  in  the  state  of 
 Arkansas  pursuant  to  section  214(  e)(  6)  of  the  Communications  Act  of  1934,  as  amended.  1  On  November  10,  2003,  Nextel  submitted  a  request  to  withdraw  the  above-  captioned  petition.  2  We 
 grant  the  request  to  withdraw  and  dismiss  the  petition. 
 2.  ACCORDINGLY,  IT  IS  ORDERED,  pursuant  to  the  authority  delegated  under  sections  0.91  and  0.291  of  the  Commission’s  rules,  47  C.  F.  R.  §§  0.91,  0.291,  that  the  request  to 


 withdraw  the  above-  captioned  petition  for  designation  as  en  eligible  telecommunications  carrier  IS  GRANTED.
