 By  the  Assistant  Chief,  Audio  Division: 
 1.  The  Audio  Division  has  before  it  for  consideration  is  a  Notice  of  Proposed  Rule  Making  1  issued  at  the  request  of  MainQuad  Communications,  Inc.  (“  Petitioner”),  licensee  of  Station  WPTM(  FM) 
 proposing  reallotment  of  Channel  272A  from  Roanoke  Rapids,  North  Carolina,  to  Garysburg,  North  Carolina,  as  the  community’s  second  local  aural  transmission  service,  2  and  modification  of  the  license  for  Station 
 WPTM(  FM)  to  reflect  the  change  of  community.  Petitioner  filed  no  comments  reiterating  its  expression  of  interest  and  intention  to  pursue  the  change  of  community.  Accordingly,  we  will  dismiss  its  the  Petition 
 for  Rulemaking. 
 2.  Accordingly,  the  Petition  for  Rulemaking  filed  by  Main  Quad  Communications,  Inc.,  proposing  to  reallot  Channel  272A  from  Roanoke  Rapids,  North  Carolina,  to  Garysburg,  North  Carolina,  IS 


 DISMISSED. 
 3.  IT  IS  FURTHER  ORDERED  That  this  proceeding  IS  TERMINATED.
