To encourage online filing, the deadline for 2003 reports for operators electing to file electronically is extended to February 29, 2004. Operators are reminded that 2003 filings submitted late pursuant to this extension do not satisfy the requirement to file a report in 2004. Online filing for cable community registrations and operator changes commenced following a September 30, 2003 Public Notice (DA 03- 2296). Use of COALS continues to be optional. Additional filings for MVPDs, including Aeronautical Frequency Notifications and the Annual Report of Cable Television Systems, will become available online as they are ready.
