On February 14, 2002, Texas RSA 20B2 Limited Partnership (“ Texas RSA 20B2”) filed a petition for reconsideration, arguing that the Commission had erroneously dismissed its request to use an alternative method to determine the cellular geographic service area for callsign KNKQ250. 1 On February 4, 2003, Texas RSA 20B2 sought leave to withdraw its petition for reconsideration. 2 The Policy and Rules Branch of the Commercial Wireless Division has reviewed and hereby approves the request of Texas RSA 20B2 to withdraw its Petition.
