 1.  On  November  12,  2002,  Rural  Wisconsin  Health  Cooperative  (RWHC)  filed  the  above-  captioned  Request  for  Review  of  decisions  of  the  Rural  Health  Care  Division  of  the 
 Univeral  Service  Administrative  Company  regarding  RWHC’s  requests  for  universal  service  support  for  funding  years  2001  and  2002.  1  On  January  14,  2003,  RWHC  submitted  a  Request  to 
 Withdraw  the  above-  captioned  petition.  2  We  grant  the  Request  to  Withdraw  and  dismiss  the  appeal. 


 2.  ACCORDINGLY,  IT  IS  ORDERED,  pursuant  to  the  authority  delegated  under  sections  0.91,  0.291,  and  54.722(  a)  of  the  Commission’s  rules,  47  C.  F.  R.  §§  0.91,  0.291,  and
