Associated documents include transmittal letters, certification statements and other supporting material. In addition, EAFS will enable interested parties with access to browser software and ISP service to download ARMIS data at any time, in a variety of ways. Initiation of EAFS will eliminate the need for paper and computer diskette filings for the 10 ARMIS reports. On March 13, 2003, the WCB invites the public to a demonstration of EAFS features and various methods available for downloading ARMIS data from EAFS. The demo will begin at 10: 00 a. m. and run throughout the day until 3: 00 p. m. in Room TWC- 438. A Getting Started booklet for EAFS will be available at the demo. Once the system is in operation, the booklet will be available from the EAFS Home Page, as well as from the Commission’s commercial copy contractor, Qualex International, Portals II, 445 Twelfth Street, SW, Room CY- B402, Washington, D. C. 20554, (202) 863- 2893. Mandatory electronic filing by the ILECs that report ARMIS data will begin on April 1, 2003.
