The Telecommunications Access Policy Division has under consideration a request filed by Mitel Communications Solutions, Milwaukee, Wisconsin (Mitel). 1 Mitel seeks an extension of the deadline for Forms 474 filed in relation to requests for discounts made by Milwaukee Public Schools in Funding Year 1998 of the schools and libraries universal service mechanism. 2 Specifically, Mitel requests that the deadline be extended for Funding Request Numbers (FRN) 145268 and 145295. 3 Upon our review of the record, however, we find that SLD approved Mitel’s request to extend the invoicing deadline for FRNs 145268 and 145295. 4 Accordingly, the Division dismisses Mitel’s Request for Review as moot. 1 Letter from Correen Oestreich, Mitel Communications Solutions, to Federal Communications Commission, filed January 29, 2002 (Request for Review).
