(Nextel) to withdraw its Petition for Reconsideration, filed on May 13, 2002, which seeks reconsideration of the decision by the Commercial Wireless Division’s Licensing and Technical Analysis Branch to grant the applications for renewal of stations WNIC886 and WNIC914, licensed to Jack D. Warden (Warden). 1 On January 8, 2003, Nextel entered into an asset exchange agreement with Warden for the relocation of stations WNIC886 and WNIC914. On January 10, 2003, Nextel filed a request to withdraw its Petition for Reconsideration against Warden. On February 10, 2003, Nextel submitted a copy of the asset exchange agreement and a certification of compliance with Section 1.935 of the Commission’s rules, 47 C. F. R. § 1.935. Warden filed a certification of compliance with Section 1.935 on February 19, 2003. The Commercial Wireless Division’s Policy and Rules Branch has reviewed and hereby approves Nextel’s request to withdraw its Petition for Reconsideration pursuant to Section 4( i) of the Communications Act, 47 U. S. C. § 154( i), and Sections 0.331 and 1.935( a) of the Commissions rules, 47 C. F. R. §§ 0. 331, 1. 935( a).
