 On  January  12,  2004,  the  Wireless  Telecommunications  Bureau  announced  it  will  hold  a  seminar  from  1:  00  PM  to  3:  00  PM  to  inform  interested  parties  on  how  to  file  applications  and  notifications  for  spectrum
