The Telecommunications Access Policy Division has under consideration a Request for Waiver filed by Catholic Memorial School, West Roxbury, Massachusetts (Catholic Memorial). 1 Catholic Memorial seeks an extension of the deadline for filing an FCC Form 486 in relation to its request for discounts in Funding Year 2000 of the schools and libraries universal service mechanism. 2 Specifically, Catholic Memorial requests that the deadline for its FCC Form 486 be extended for Funding Request Number (FRN) 395982, which was approved in a Funding Commitment Decision Letter that was dated October 20, 2000. 3 Upon our review of the record, however, we find that the Schools and Libraries Division received and accepted Catholic Memorial’s FCC Form 486 for FRN 395982. 4 Accordingly, Catholic Memorial’s Request for Waiver is dismissed as moot. 1 Letter from Peter Burleigh, Catholic Memorial, to Federal Communications Commission, filed February 26, 2002 (Request for Review).
