 Channel  *47  at  Hobbs,  New  Mexico 
 The  Media  Bureau  announces  a  filing  window  for  a  new  digital  noncommercial  educational  reserved  channel  television  station,  Channel  *47,  Hobbs,  New  Mexico,  at  reference 
 coordinates  32-  45-  20  N.  and  103-  11-  09  W.  The  filing  window  will  open  upon  the  release  of  this  Public  Notice  and  will  close  on  May  24,  2004. 


 An  application,  in  order  to  be  considered  with  any  other  application  filed  during  the  window,  must  be  electronically  filed  on  FCC  Form  340,  must  be  substantially  complete  and  tendered  for 
 filing  with  the  Commission  in  accordance  with  Section  0.401  of  the  Commission’s  Rules  no  later  than  the  close  of  the  window  on  May  24,  2004. 


 Mutually  exclusive  applications  will  be  resolved  by  the  Commission’s  procedures  for  selecting  among  mutually  exclusive  noncommercial  educational  applicants.  See  Reexamination  of  the
