By letter dated April 2, 2004, Globalstar, L. P. indicated that it has decided not to pursue the processing of its application, File No. SAT- LOA- 19970926- 00128, Call Sign S2295. The V- Band (48200- 49200 and 37500- 38500 MHz) frequencies associated with the application were previously dismissed as defective without prejudice to refiling. See Report No. SAT- 00205 (rel. April 2, 2004). Accordingly, the remainder of the application for operation in the 1610- 1626.5, 1980- 1990, 1990- 2025, 2160- 2165, 2165- 2200, 2483.5- 2500, 5150- 5250, and 6700- 7075 MHz frequency bands, and the 15 and 19 GHz bands, is dismissed at the applicant’s request without prejudice to refiling.
