The Telecommunications Access Policy Division has under consideration a Request for Waiver filed by Monessen Public Library, Monessen, Pennsylvania (Monessen). 1 Monessen seeks waiver for the missed deadline for filing FCC Form 472 for reimbursement in relation to requests for discounts made by Monessen Public Schools in Funding Year 2000 of the schools and libraries universal service mechanism. 2 Specifically, Monessen requests that the deadline be extended for Funding Request Number (FRN) 602799. 3 Upon our review of the record, however, we find that SLD approved Monessen’s request to extend the invoicing deadline for FRN 602799. 4 Accordingly, the Division dismisses Monessen’s Request for Waiver as moot. 1 Letter from S.
