On August 8, 2003, Charter Communications Entertainment I, LLC (Charter”) filed with the Commission an appeal of a local rate order adopted by the City of St. Louis, Missouri (“ City”) on July 11, z2003. The rate order established regulated rates for basic cable service and associated equipment. 2. In a Joint Motion to Withdraw Appeal of Local Rate Order filed on April 7, 2004, Charter states that it has now reached an acceptable resolution of this matter with the City. Charter and the City together request that the appeal, as well as all filings related to this proceeding be withdrawn and dismissed without benefit of substantive Commission review. 3. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that the Joint Motion to Withdraw Appeal of Local Rate Order filed by Charter Communications Entertainment I, LLC and the City of St. Louis, Missouri, IS GRANTED and the appeal filed on August 8, 2003 IS DISMISSED. 4.
